Newtek Merchant Solutions (NMS) is a key part of NewtekOne , processing over $5 billion in annual payments for over ten thousand customers. Our ability to offer multi-platform solutions allows us to provide the latest technology in payments processing to our merchant customers and partners.
NMS is seeking a Manager, Inside Sales to direct the inside sales team by successfully closing Newtek Merchant Solutions, LLC (NMS) referrals and generating opportunities for NMS and its affiliates' services in a fast paced, client-driven environment. You will lead and support the inside sales team and enhance their skill and abilities through training, coaching, and mentoring, monitoring to meet and exceed the company's goals and objectives. You will monitor and grow your knowledge of the competitive landscape and leverage that knowledge to improve your and the team's effectiveness and performance. You will understand clients' business needs and challenges to deliver new solutions and services that help business owners and that align with the company's vision. Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve sales quota and business goals that align with the company's sales philosophy
The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $125,000 a year.
