Per Diem LPN - Flexible Care Team

Salary Range : $46,220.72 - $64,709.01

As a vital member of our healthcare team, the LPN will provide exceptional direct patient care under the supervision of a physician, RN, Lead LPN, or practice coordinator. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately obtain and record patient's vital signs to monitor health status.
• Document detailed patient history to assist in clinical decisions.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Assist in in-office procedures under the direction of licensed healthcare providers.
• Conduct diagnostic CLIA waived testing as needed.
• Perform venipuncture for blood tests, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Manage prescription call-backs per scope of practice.
• Prepare patient charts with relevant clinical information for upcoming visits.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies, ensuring exam rooms are fully stocked.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.
