Director of Client Services

Our client is looking for a hybrid Director of Client Services to join their growing team in Charlotte, NC!

As Director of Client Services, you’ll lead senior-level client relationships within a fast-paced agency setting, driving strategic account planning and identifying growth opportunities through cross-sell and upsell initiatives. This role requires :

• Demonstrated experience leading senior client relationships in a fast-paced agency environment
• Strong strategic account planning and growth mindset, including cross-sell / upsell acumen
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams, with clear track records in establishing KPIs, coaching, and operational oversight
• Working knowledge of HubSpot and similar platforms
