Nights with 8 and 12-hour shifts.Every third weekend rotation.Holiday rotation.Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift.

Unit Overview :
Become a part of our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit where you will provide care to a diverse patient population, including :
Post-operative patients from craniotomies, such as for bleed evacuation and tumor resections.Patients undergoing cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Individuals with hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes in our Comprehensive Stroke Program.A high volume of spinal surgery patients and medical overflow cases.What You'll Do :
Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.Utilize clinical judgment and communication skills to enhance patient outcomes.Contribute to a positive patient experience throughout their care journey.Why Join Us?

Assess patients’ needs; plan and implement individualized care.Monitor and respond to significant changes in patient conditions.Coordinate discharge planning using an interdisciplinary approach.Engage in quality improvement initiatives for better patient care.Deliver an ethical and respectful approach to patient care.Licensure, Registration, and Certification : RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Education : Completion of an accredited nursing program.
Experience : Minimum of 1 year in clinical nursing preferred.
Physical Requirements : Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and maneuvering patients safely.
