In this role, you will be tasked with data entry, inventory management, and assisting in the coordination of various operational processes. Responsibilities

  • Conduct accurate and timely data entry into operational systems
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Support team members in daily operational tasks and challenges
  • Monitor operational metrics and report discrepancies
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Participate in training sessions for new hires
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of inventory management systems
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
