Key Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight & Compliance : Ensure financial integrity, oversee audits, and manage financial controls alongside an experienced controller.
• Operational Excellence : Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance, drive accountability, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Strategic Financing : Lead and execute financing initiatives, managing relationships with equity and debt providers in preparation for upcoming capital raises.
• Executive Partnership : Act as the CEO’s right hand in financial and operational matters, ensuring alignment across the leadership team.
