Job Title : Maintenance Electrician

Job Description

Join our dynamic maintenance team where you will perform both preventive and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and infrastructure. Use your troubleshooting skills daily to resolve machine and product issues while working collaboratively with machine operators and engineers. Elevate the knowledge of machine operators through problem diagnosis and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, install, repair, test, and calibrate complex AC and DC electrical systems, including motor-starting circuits and solenoid valves.
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on all equipment.
• Assist in training operators in maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with operators to troubleshoot machines, correcting quality issues and minimizing downtime.
• Evaluate trends on repaired equipment and implement actions to eliminate repetitive repair work.
• Install new equipment or upgrade existing equipment.
• Source and order parts as needed, assisting in spare parts management.
• Document work performed meticulously.
• Demonstrate safe work practices consistently, including LOTO, PPE, and elevated work.

Work Environment

Work an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday with flexibility in hours. Primarily based on the plant floor with some office and computer time. Work in environments with varying temperatures, wet areas, and confined spaces. Physical mobility is required, including lifting up to 50lbs and extended periods of standing or walking. Exposure to noise and chemical products is present, but all necessary protective equipment is provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $65000.00 / yr.

Hiring fAs a member the maintenance team you will perform preventive and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and infrastructure throughout the facility.
