Position Overview

This physician will serve as a trusted clinical leader, responsible for providing primary and preventive care, managing chronic conditions, and ensuring timely specialist referrals when needed. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine exams, screenings, and immunizations
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Provide education and counseling on disease prevention and wellness
• Develop and manage treatment plans, including medication and lifestyle interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic, coordinated care
