Responsibilities :

• Basic Property Maintenance :
• Perform minor repairs and handle small work orders (e.g., light bulb replacement, lock changes, blinds installation, basic appliance / furniture install & removal, door / cabinet / furniture repair)
• Conduct pest treatments and basic plumbing / electrical work
• Pack and remove trash, organize trash cans, and assist with general upkeep tasks
• On-Call Mobility :
• Must have a personal vehicle (truck preferred) and be able to travel between Squirrel Hill and Oakland on short notice
• Available to respond to occasional off-office-hour emergencies
• Tenant & Owner Communication :
• Communicate professionally with tenants to address issues and provide timely updates
• Coordinate with property owners to answer inquiries and arrange maintenance visits
• 4. Administrative Support :
• Assist with basic billing calculations (e.g., utilities)
• Handle simple email cases and office errands
• Leasing & Marketing Support (JanuaryJuly Peak Season) :
• Create marketing posts for ILS channels
• Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities as needed
