This assignment is for 13 weeks and ideal candidates will have at least six months of recent experience as a Case Manager RN. Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) Position Details :

• Contract Length : 13 weeks
• Location : Sussex and Warren Counties, NJ
• Facility Type : Hospice Home Visits
• Shift & Schedule : Full-Time, 8 Hour Days Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements :
• Must have six months of recent Case Manager RN experience in a Hospice and Home Care setting
• Active Registered Nurse license in NJ, or a valid Compact State RN license required
