Job Description

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Retail Patrol in Austin, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a luxury retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. Your visible presence and commitment to exceptional customer service will contribute to a positive experience for everyone at the site. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
