Investment Operations Manager

Martello Re Services Company LLC is seeking an Investment Operations Manager as part of the Strategy & Implementation team to coordinate daily activities including preserving data quality by performing data validation and establishing controls. Develop processes and reporting tools to monitor performance, portfolio allocation, positioning relative to strategic asset allocation, risk limits, and earnings budget. Monitor and track mandates with investment managers. Analyze and reconcile investment accounting data and analytics. Evaluate the macro-economic environment to help determine portfolio allocations and strategy. #LI-DNI Position requires a Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or a related field, and 3 years of experience in the financial services industry. Experience must include at minimum : 3 years of experience with insurance asset management; 3 years of experience with fixed income investments; 3 years of experience with capital markets; 3 years of experience with Bloomberg and Microsoft Office software; and 3 years of experience with investment accounting data and analytics.
