A company is looking for an Associate Manager of Data Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead data analysts and collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders to enhance analytical and operational reporting solutions

Advance the team's analytical and data visualization skills using innovative technologies

Develop self-service reporting tools to improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least five years of analytical work experience

Experience with data retrieval and manipulation toolkits such as SAS / SQL or T-SQL

Proficiency in data storytelling using Power BI and Tableau

Strong leadership skills, including setting clear expectations and prioritizing work

Demonstrated ability to cultivate a sense of ownership and dedication to continuous improvement
