Job Responsibilities

Receive, sort, and process packages, mail, and deliveries.

Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of incoming and outgoing packages.

Provide excellent customer service when assisting internal customers.

Organize and maintain mailroom / workroom areas to ensure efficiency.

Operate office equipment such as copiers, scanners, postage machines, and other related devices.

Assist with general office tasks as needed based on daily workflow.

Lift, move, or transport packages up to 50 lbs and safely request assistance for heavier items.

Walk between buildings when required to deliver or pick up materials.

Follow all workplace safety practices and site requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

1 2 years of relevant experience (mailroom, shipping / receiving, office services, or similar).

Previous experience with copy / print equipment preferred.

Valid driver s license may be required depending on site needs.

Good PC skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Basic math, filing, and documentation skills.

Ability to operate office equipment and technical tools.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Office environment with standard lighting, temperature, and noise levels.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stretching.

Must be able to lift up to 50 55 lbs; occasional pushing / pulling of equipment up to 700 lbs (with assistance).

Requires regular use of hand tools, keyboarding, and basic equipment operation.
