Locum Tenens Opportunity : Physiatrist (PM&R)

Location : Fort Collins, Colorado

Facility : 300-bed hospital Level III Trauma Center

Schedule : Wed, Thurs, Fri weekly + flexible weekend call (every 4th 7th weekend)

Shift : Day 7 AM 5 PM; Night call 5 PM 7 AM (low call volume, minimal callbacks)

Group Size : 7 PM&R Physicians

Practice Setting : 100% Adult Inpatient Rehabilitation

Caseload & Practice Mix :

Avg. patients / day : 14

PM&R breakdown :

Sports / Ortho Rehab : 33%

CNS Rehab : 50%

Medical Rehab : 17%

Worksite Resources : 14 exam rooms

Onsite X-ray

Epic EMR (Hospital system)

Affiliated hospital transfers common within miles

Required Procedures & Setting :

Sub-acute inpatient rehabilitation facility

Supervision of other providers not required during locum coverage

Submission Requirements :

Board Certified Physiatrist (No Board Eligible) Required

Active State Medical License Required
