Job Description

Provide diagnostic evaluations and therapy services for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs

Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success

Monitor and document student progress in accordance with district and state guidelines

Conduct screenings and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings

Provide both direct and consultative services as needed across grade levels

Education & Certification Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred

Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
