CNC Machinist- M3

George Industries LLC, a division of The Thermal Group, has multiple openings for CNC Machinists. DESCRIPTION : One or more of the following tasks may be assigned :  Set up Three, Four and Fifth Axis CNC Machines  Check Parts  Basic Machine Maintenance (Fluids and Chip removal)  Suggest process improvements on speeds, feeds, also designing of tooling and fixtures  Required to fill out Routings for tasks completed  Required to fill out Production Log sheets  Required to move completed parts to appropriate locations SKILLS REQUIRED : Be familiar with Basic CNC Machining Functions & Operations Proficient Blueprint reading skills using the Key Dimension Check List Proficient Measuring Tool capability and ability to set own tools Proficient CNC programming reading ability Works with Programming troubleshooting complex prototype CNC Programs Read and write English Ability to do Basic Math (Add, Subtract, Multiply, Divide) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : 5+ years CNC machine experience required On-The-Job Training as appropriate TRAINING and / or EDUCATION REQUIRED : On the Job Training will be provided. High School Diploma or equivalent
