About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier financial support to the executive team and for developing a strong and scalable financial infrastructure to support the global business's rapid growth. This role involves leading international growth initiatives, both organic and through acquisitions, and requires a leader who can effectively manage banking relationships and maintain clear communication with the Board and investors. The ideal CFO for this role will have a background in commercial or B2B services, with a focus on professional and consulting services, BPO services, IT solutions services, or systems integration services. Experience in scaling a business through acquisitions and working with a financial investor and Board is highly valued. The CFO will be expected to have a proven track record in financial leadership, excellent communication, and team-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
