Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire : Manage, inspire, and train a team of dedicated staff to deliver outstanding animal care and customer service.
• Create fun and safe spaces : Develop engaging activities for our dogs, ensuring their safety and happiness at all times.
• Drive excellence : Implement and uphold high standards of care, facility cleanliness, and safety across both locations.
• Engage with clients : Build strong relationships with pet parents, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a personal touch.
• Manage operations : Oversee scheduling, booking, and inventory, ensuring smooth business operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience with a talent for teamwork and motivation. Previous animal care experience, preferably in a kennel or daycare setting. Availability to work most weekends and holidays.
