Above all, we demand excellence and hold ourselves accountable for our work; if something’s not right, we fix it. Maybe that’s why 99% of our customers rehire or refer us.

This position will provide direct on-site supervision and overall management of commercial construction projects. They will regularly interface with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, Company-assigned project staff, and other interested parties to ensure assigned projects meet all contractual requirements while also exceeding company expectations.

  • Review the construction budget (estimate) and effectively manage the project in a manner that completes the project on or under budget.
  • Ensure that all employees and subcontractors on-site perform work in a safe manner, which complies with Hayner Hoyt and OSHA guidelines. Prepare a project-specific safety plan, and solicit and review subcontractor safety plans for their own scopes of work.
  • Conduct project related meetings including but not limited to conducting pre-construction conferences with subcontractors and suppliers, conducting subcontractor meetings, and sending various forms of written correspondence.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and orderly field office. • Perform regular job site inspections to identify potential issues such as safety issues, poor work quality, material availability etc. Instruct staff and comply with all client requirements for site access, material staging, cleanliness etc.
  • Perform hands-on field work as required to meet project or schedule requirements.
