Senior Manager of Completion

A company is looking for a Completion Senior Manager - Level 6.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of over 100 employees, focusing on culture, safety, quality, cost, and schedule obligations

Oversee the modification processes for Stingray and C-130J projects

Ensure adherence to organizational standards and goals in a manufacturing environment

Required Qualifications and Education

Extensive experience in leadership roles within the defense or aerospace industries

Proven track record in managing large teams and complex projects

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance

Relevant degree in engineering, management, or a related field
