We are seeking a professional to monitor and troubleshoot our network and video services in a fast-paced operations environment.
In this role, you will monitor network and service health, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot DOCSIS, IP, and RF Layer 1 issues while demonstrating strong ticket etiquette and process documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed. You will document incidents and resolutions clearly and consistently.
