Compensation : $23.75 per hour
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for Full-time Paramedics!
We are seeking dedicated Paramedics who are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality emergency medical services to our communities.
Key Responsibilities :
Assess each emergency call to determine the appropriate course of action following established Paramedic protocols.
Utilize advanced medical equipment and procedures, such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction devices, and intravenous fluids, to deliver top-notch patient care.
Communicate clearly with patients and their families, offering reassurance that they are receiving exceptional care.
Lead the paramedic team, taking charge of scene management and unit operations when necessary.
Drive the ambulance during emergency responses to 911 calls.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and public safety personnel in a respectful and professional manner.
Engage in community outreach programs to foster strong relationships and enhance the AMR's reputation.
Minimum Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Valid State Paramedic License.
Valid State Driver's License.
BLS, ACLS, and NREMT-Paramedic certifications.
Driving record that complies with company policy.
Ability to pass a Physical Agility Test.
Some experience in healthcare preferred.
