HR Coordinator

Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a leading solutions provider who is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team on a 2-3 month contract this role you will provide crucial administrative support to our HR department ensuring efficient and effective operations. Title : HR Coordinator / Admin

Location : Ashburn VA

Contract Duration : 2-3 months

Hourly Rate : $35.00 - $40.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Support the recruitment process including coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
• Help with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Facilitate communication and coordination within the HR department.
• Assist with organizing HR events and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
