With a 4 : 1 patient ratio, we ensure manageable workloads, allowing for high-quality care and better patient interactions. Our unit thrives on strong interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with physicians, dialysis specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.SUMMARY : Under the direction of nurse director / charge nurse patients and families are provided competent holistic care based on nursing process on assigned units.

\n EXPERIENCE : preferred, one year medical / surgical nursing.

\n OTHER : Basic computer skills.LICENSE / CERT : Required : RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri, BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association).EDUCATION : Required : Associates - Nursing, Preferred : Bachelors - Nursing
