Job Title: Seasonal Trim Technician
Location: South Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00AM - 6:30PM
Pay Rate: $16 Hourly
Direct Supervisor: Post-Harvest Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY
Flow Distribution is looking for a Seasonal Trimmer who will be responsible for the hand trimming of cannabis flower in accordance with the Company's quality standards and operating procedures. This is a seasonal position, estimated to conclude on May 31st, 2026. The role involves repetitive, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates consistency, focus, and care in every task while maintaining a positive attitude and respect for their team, the plants, and the facility. Punctuality and reliability are essential to success in this position.

JOB SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS and EDUCATION:
ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPOSURE:
Exposure to fertilizer, dust, odors, extreme high heat, extreme low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, dry salts, allergens, pollen, dust, plant pathogens, other volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variables.
JOB SCOPE
Operates under direct supervision of the Post-Harvest Supervisor and in accordance with established company policies and procedures. The position requires collaboration with the post-harvest and operations teams to ensure timely completion of trimming objectives.
