Licensure Required : Active California license (MD / DO, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist)

Compensation : $200 per hour

Type : Part-time to start; potential to transition to full-time

About Us :

LPW Evaluations is a California-based telemedicine platform providing medical evaluations

that support treatment plans for mental health therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) and physical

therapists. We perform disability evaluations, FMLA / work-leave documentation, work

restrictions, medical necessity letters, orthopedic / functional assessments, and more. No

ongoing treatment is required—these are evaluation-only visits with structured templates.

Position Overview :

We seek California-licensed clinicians (MD / DO / Psychologist / Psychiatrist) to perform

remote telemedicine evaluations. Responsibilities include :

• Work restrictions and return-to-work clearances
• Medical necessity documentation
• Mental health–supportive medical documentation
• Orthopedic / functional limitation assessments
• Disability and FMLA evaluations
• Imaging / lab recommendation assessments
