About the Role :

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at Mission Community Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans. You will be instrumental in monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications, and providing basic bedside care, ensuring that each patient receives compassionate and effective treatment. Minimum Qualifications :

• Current and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
• Completion of an accredited vocational nursing program.
• Must have SNF or LTACH experience
