Recruiting Coordinator

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support its Talent Acquisition function. Key Responsibilities Track the status of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage their progression through the recruitment process Screen applications and schedule candidate interviews using technology Coordinate pre-hire checks and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred 2+ years of experience in coordinating recruiting activities preferred Passion and experience for recruiting is essential Experience in recruiting or HR within the hospitality / service industry is preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
