When families do face homelessness, we provide short-term shelter, meals, and supportive services to guide them through this challenging period. Additionally, we offer ongoing case management to ensure long-term stability and help families build a secure future in their homes.

The primary focus of a Family Support Specialist is to deliver, coordinate, and document supportive services to families in our prevention, shelter, and stabilization programs, ensuring services are effective, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and focused on long-term housing stability. The successful candidate will be accountable for providing service excellence from a place of empowerment and empathy. The work of the Family Support Specialist is performed with a high degree of independence as part of a dynamic team, and under the supervision of the Director of Programs or their designee.
