Duties and Responsibilities :

Prepare Youth for Success

■ Create an environment that facilitates the achievement of Youth Development Outcomes :

a. Promote and stimulate program participation.

b. Register new members and participate in their club orientation process.

c. Provide guidance and role modeling for members.

Program Development and Implementation

• Effectively implement and administer programs, services, and activities for drop-in members and visitors.
• Monitor and evaluate programs, services, and activities to ensure the safety of members, the quality of programs, and the appearance of the Unit. Prepare daily activity reports.

Supervision

Additional Duties :

1. May participate in special programs and / or events.

2. May be required to drive for Club Activities periodically.

3. Perform other duties assigned by Program or Unit Director.
