As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and support a secure environment. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and observe for any irregularities.

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to identify potential security-related concerns.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff, providing information and assistance as needed.

Document and report all security-related incidents and observations according to Allied Universal and site protocols.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as directed during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
