Otolaryngology Physician Assistant

An established ENT practice in the Minneapolis, MN area is looking to add a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to their team. The role is fully in the outpatient setting with a Monday thru Friday schedule offering excellent work-life balance. Candidates with direct otolaryngology experience are preferred, but the group is also open to training.

Responsibilities :

Conduct patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations related to otolaryngology conditions.

Assist in the diagnosis and management of ear, nose, and throat disorders

Perform minor procedures under the supervision of the otolaryngologist.

Collaborate with the otolaryngologist and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.

Provide patient education regarding otolaryngology conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements :

Current Minnesota state licensure and board certification as a Physician Assistant.

Prior experience in otolaryngology or a related specialty preferred.

Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with patients and colleagues.
