Description
Seeking a full time(1.0FTE) Family Medicine physician to work with collaborative and compassionate group of Caregivers.
Join a clinic utilizing a medical home model of care working directly with a group of clinicians to provide collaborative, evidence-based care while working in a medical clinic with clinicians in family medicine and internal medicine. On-site lab.

- System-wide Epic EMR
- Guaranteed first-year income : Family Medicine = $294,673.60 (based on 1.0 FTE)
- Employment Bonus
- Relocation stipend based on miles between locations
- Education Loan Reimbursement program (if applicable and eligible)
- CME : up to $3,300 per calendar year for CME and / or professional dues / fees (based on 1.0 FTE; prorated for lower FTE)
