Job Description

Manage and supervise all on-site activities. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Strong leadership and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices. Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications. Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.) preferred. OSHA certification strongly preferred.
