Textile Machine Operator | Pay Range: $17.51–$18.51/hour (depends on shift)

*Shift Options: 2nd and 3rd shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Join our team as a Textile Machine Operator and play a vital role in ensuring high-quality textile production in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Job Description:

Monitor textile machines and ensure smooth operation.
Perform final product inspections for quality assurance.
Adjust machine tension, speed, or heat as needed.
Feed yarn and thread through rollers and guides.
Box finished products and prepare for shipping.

Qualifications and Requirements:

At least 1 year of prior machine operation experience.
Textile manufacturing experience is preferred.
Ability to set up machines, thread materials, and make precise adjustments.
A strong focus on workplace safety.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $16.71–$18.71, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
