Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage a team of Care Managers and / or Care Specialists, ensuring exceptional user support Use metrics to measure project success and suggest process improvements for efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert to support strategic goals Required Qualifications : Previous experience in social work, grief counseling, education, or public health 2+ years of experience leading teams in a customer-facing role Proficient in data analysis and reporting using relevant software Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment Comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities
