About the Role
Were looking for a Contract Senior Technical Recruiter to help us rapidly accelerate hiring for key engineering roles at Sprig. This is a full-time, 6-month contract with the possibility of converting to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Youll play an essential role in building our engineering team by sourcing, engaging, and closing exceptional talent. Youll deliver high-quality candidates quickly, with a strong emphasis on outbound sourcing, sharp filtering, and keeping hiring managers aligned and unblocked.
Your Impact
Source, identify, and engage top engineering talent with a strong focus on outbound, market mapping, and presenting highly calibrated candidates.
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, ensuring a fast, high-quality hiring process.
Evaluate candidates with strong judgment and partner with hiring managers to clarify signals, tradeoffs, and leveling.
Partner closely with engineering leadership to understand role requirements, team needs, and urgency.
Maintain tight process velocity by driving quick turns on screens, feedback, and next steps.
Maintain and report on pipeline health, activity levels, and funnel performance to internal stakeholders.
Use Sprigs systems and tools to run reports, share insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
Look for opportunities to tighten, streamline, and improve recruiting processes during the sprint.
Your Strengths
5+ years full-cycle technical recruiting experience across software engineering roles.
Startup experience (2+ years preferred).
Sourcing-first mindset with strong outbound results and sharp filtering abilities.
Project management : ability to own multiple searches and keep processes moving.
Strong communication skills.
Data-driven and execution-oriented : scrappy, fast, resourceful, and focused on outcomes.
Employee Pay Disclosure
The hourly rate for this contract role is $90$105 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time contract position (40 hours per week) based in our San Francisco office 4 days per week. This role is not eligible for variable compensation or benefits.
