You will work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and eCommerce teams, contributing directly to the success of key product launches and promotional campaigns. The role is hybrid, offering a balance of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility in a supportive, innovative environment.

Accountabilities :

• Oversee product presentation and site merchandising for key categories, ensuring accuracy, alignment with brand standards, and effective product placement.
• Curate seasonal collections, campaigns, and landing pages to support brand storytelling and inspire shoppers.
• Analyze site performance metrics (CTR, CVR, bounce rates, sell-through) to optimize merchandising strategies and drive engagement.
• Prepare and execute digital campaigns, coordinating with marketing, creative, and eCommerce teams to ensure timely launches.
• Implement cross-sell, up-sell, and personalization strategies to enhance customer experience and increase basket size.
• Collaborate with content, SEO, buying, planning, and product teams to maintain integrated and consistent strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor merchandising tactics to inform strategy and continuously improve best practices.
