JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Product Manager to help lead the development and execution of new products across our growing portfolio. This role manages the full product lifecycle-from concept through launch and ongoing support-while working closely with Creative, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Regulatory teams. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-moving environments, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a consumer-facing industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Present new product opportunities to leadership, supported by market research and strategic insight
  • Own timelines, specs, and documentation across ERP, CRM, and project management systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure launches are aligned, on-time, and fully supported
  • Maintain accurate product data and pricing documentation
  • Oversee product compliance, including lab testing, certifications, and packaging accuracy
  • Communicate clearly with vendors and manufacturers (domestic and international)
  • Conduct research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
  • Review and proof content for packaging, labeling, and regulatory alignment
  • Track and report on project progress to leadership and stakeholders
  • Coordinate documentation for domestic and international shipping

    • WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO JOIN CHARLIE'S

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2-3+ years of product management experience, ideally in CPG or regulated industries (nicotine, cannabis, kratom, and alcohol etc.)
  • Experience with international suppliers and manufacturers (China and Europe preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, ERP, and CRM tools
  • Familiarity with project management platforms like Monday.com or similar
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
