JOB OVERVIEW
We're looking for a Product Manager to help lead the development and execution of new products across our growing portfolio. This role manages the full product lifecycle-from concept through launch and ongoing support-while working closely with Creative, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Regulatory teams. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Present new product opportunities to leadership, supported by market research and strategic insightOwn timelines, specs, and documentation across ERP, CRM, and project management systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure launches are aligned, on-time, and fully supportedMaintain accurate product data and pricing documentationOversee product compliance, including lab testing, certifications, and packaging accuracyCommunicate clearly with vendors and manufacturers (domestic and international)Conduct research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapeReview and proof content for packaging, labeling, and regulatory alignmentTrack and report on project progress to leadership and stakeholdersCoordinate documentation for domestic and international shippingWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO JOIN CHARLIE'S
Bachelor's Degree required2-3+ years of product management experience, ideally in CPG or regulated industries (nicotine, cannabis, kratom, and alcohol etc.)Experience with international suppliers and manufacturers (China and Europe preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, ERP, and CRM toolsFamiliarity with project management platforms like Monday.com or similarStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsDetail-focused with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlinesA proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
