We are looking for a highly qualified part time ARNP or PA who can help drive our vision and support our partners' patient populations. Flexible work schedule with opportunities to grow. This position will work two or three days a week, totaling around 20 hours per week. Details to be discussed during the interview process.

This role may serve patients in Emery County. Ideal candidates will reside in or near the Castle Dale, Ferron, or Huntington area, or be able to reliably commute to their assignment.

Candidate Qualifications :

• Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum 1 year of post-acute experience preferred
• Licensed in the state or ability to attain unrestricted state license
