We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to lead and execute strategic campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, SEO, and Google AdWords, with a proven ability to manage all aspects of a campaign — from concept to execution — while delivering measurable results. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, a creative mindset, and a data-driven approach to ensure consistent growth and engagement across all digital channels.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage social media accounts daily, including scheduling, publishing, and engaging with the audience.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and maintain relevance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across platforms.
Creative Content Creation :
Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content (captions, graphics, videos, reels, stories) tailored to each platform.Write compelling and creative copy that reflects the brand tone and drives engagement.Develop and execute creative campaigns, from concept to delivery, ensuring high engagement and reach.Work with designers, photographers, and videographers to create visually appealing content.SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) :
Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement best practices to improve organic search rankings.Optimise website content, metadata, and blog posts to increase visibility and drive organic traffic.Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes, adjusting strategies accordingly.Google AdWords & Paid Campaigns :
Plan, execute, and optimise Google AdWords campaigns (search, display, and remarketing).Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A / B testing to maximise campaign performance.Monitor ad spend and performance to ensure a high return on investment (ROI).Create and manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.Generate detailed performance reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Reporting & Analysis :
Track and analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions) across all platforms.Prepare and deliver insightful reports with actionable recommendations to improve future performance.Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Provide regular competitor analysis and industry insights to inform strategic decisions.Skills & Analysis :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2+ years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO best practices, and Google AdWords.Exceptional copywriting and creative writing skills with the ability to adapt to different brand tones.Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Meta Business Suite.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to think creatively and strategically, balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail.How to Apply :
