Account Executive – Cleveland Ohio Territory

Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Base Salary + Commission + Car Allowance

What You’ll Do

Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing and account retention.

Promote a portfolio of superior diagnostic services to medical providers, health systems, specialty clinics, and more.

Conduct regular client business reviews, providing education on service offerings and clinical value.

Collaborate with marketing and internal sales teams to execute territory growth plans.

Leverage CRM tools for accurate reporting, pipeline tracking, and territory management.

Stay informed on competitor activity, market trends, and new opportunities.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).

A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a highly competitive market.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

CRM proficiency and experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Industry knowledge and prior experience working with :

Medical practices

Health systems

Community health clinics

Specialty provider groups (e.g., oncology, endocrinology, women’s health)

Bonus Points For

2–5 years of outside sales or service experience in the medical field.

Experience calling on specialties such as Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Functional Medicine, Oncology, Pathology, or Surgical Centers.

Compensation & Perks

Base Salary : $80,000–$90,000 (DOE)

Commission Plan with total target compensation of $145,000 in year one
