CNC Machinist Job SummaryWe're hiring a hands-on CNC Lead to both operate and troubleshoot CNC machines (3, 4 & 5-axis mills). You’ll assist teammates with setups and solve machining issues, while also running machines yourself.Key Responsibilities : Troubleshoot CNC setups and machine issuesOperate and set up multi-axis CNC milling machinesPerform in-process inspections and tool adjustmentsInterpret blueprints and specificationsMaintain a clean, safe work area and perform basic maintenanceRequirements : 5+ years CNC machining experience (mills & lathes)Strong knowledge of measurement tools and machining conceptsAble to read blueprints and understand GD&TGood communication, basic math skills, and physical ability to lift 35 lbsEducation : High School Diploma or GED required.
