Criminal Record Processing Agent

Summary / Objective

The Criminal Record Processing Agent is responsible for aggregating and verifying criminal, personal, and identifiable information about job applicants to complete background checks in compliance with applicable regulations. This role ensures timely and accurate reporting by processing data from field researchers, databases, and other sources.

The position includes two primary functions :

• Processor : Executes background check orders per client specifications, identifying and compiling all relevant records.
• Receiver : Reviews and integrates information returned from field researchers into final reports in accordance with FCRA and state regulations.

Core Responsibilities

o Dispatching county criminal and civil searches to field researchers.

o Filtering searches based on address history.

o Extracting relevant criminal record information from database searches.

o Within 60 days of hire : Average 5+ Reports Per Hour (RPH).

o After 60 days : Maintain a monthly average of 6+ RPH.
