Job description

Enjoy lakeside living while working for a supportive, independent Critical Access hospital in Minnesota. A 4-day work week, 1 : 4 shared call, and 6 weeks of PTO provide a great lifestyle and plenty of time to enjoy all the activities in the area.

The opportunity :

Strong leadership allows you the autonomy to build your practice how you want.
Practice a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology with a strong population of younger, diverse families.
Flexible 4-day work week, reasonable 1 : 4 shared call, and 6 weeks PTO.
Enjoy a newly renovated facility includes two brand new birthing suites, postpartum rooms, and a Da Vinci robot.
Part-time employment available.

Compensation Details :

Base Salary Range : $360,000 - $425,000.

Guaranteed, ongoing base salary to $400K+ and a significant production bonus.

$150K sign-on bonus, $250K+ student loan repayment, plus relocation and other incentives. Executive-level benefits include health insurance, 401k, annual CMEs, and a strong retirement match.
