The Impact Youll Make in this Role

Key Responsibilities

M&A Transaction Support

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, document collection, and closing logistics.
• Draft, review, and organize transaction documents such as resolutions, closing certificates, and ancillary agreements.
• Prepare and maintain checklists, signature packets, and closing binders.
• Assist with the preparation and filing of regulatory documents and post-closing compliance items.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including attorneys, clients, and regulatory agencies, to ensure timely completion of transaction milestones.

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $82,370 - $100,675, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
