Data Entry Pharmacy Technician (2nd shift)

Job Description

Our Company :

SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

Responsibilities :

Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.

Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries.

Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.

Triage incoming faxes by facility / department and in accordance with cutoff times.

Clarify orders as needed.

Qualifications :

Active OH Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed.

Previous experience in pharmacy.

LTC pharmacy experience preferred.

Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Moderate to advanced computer skills required.

Great telephone etiquette a must.

Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule :

• 6pm-2 : 30am Monday- Friday and every other weekend.
