Job Duties

• Design Individualized Treatment Plans : Assess clients' needs and devise tailored therapy strategies that help them reach their goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply best practices to enhance clients' physical abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams : Work in unison with fellow occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and their caregivers in therapy methods to ensure progress continues outside the clinical environment.
• Evaluate and Document Progress : Monitor patients' improvement and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep them on the right track.
