Senior Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Core AI Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Directly manage a team of up to 20 engineers and oversee execution on business objectives

Collaborate with Product Managers to plan roadmaps and sprints while ensuring high-quality execution

Lead the team through Agile processes and drive cross-organizational initiatives

Required Qualifications

BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent experience

Minimum of 8 years of people management experience with engineering teams

At least 10 years of experience as a software engineer or equivalent technical experience

Experience managing engineering organizations of 20 or more and managing managers

Experience with AI product integration and working in a platform team or developer-facing API product
